"Overall good place to stay. One suggestion, they should write clearly at the front desk to go next door restaurant for the check-in. I waited good 20 mins, ringing the bell next to the shut-down reception window and no one responded. Finally just walked up to next door to inquire and found that’s where the check-in happens. "The booking was for my elderly mother in law and the team were particularly helpful in assisting her when she looked herself out of her room, providing an additional key for her daughter to take of. They also happily printed off the boarding pass for her return journey."

"We loved the live music at the bar, and the convenience of the restaurants. Beautiful surroundings! We weren’t blown away by the room (we had the most basic double) but everything else was great!"

"We enjoyed our quick stay and appreciate the included breakfast. The room was small and walls are thin but overall it is a good rest spot from our way back from Skye. Inverness downtown is half an hour drive from the hotel. All the staff members we spoke to were all very polite and courteous. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a quick stay as there is not a lot to do in the area."

"So far the most comfy and welcoming place I have stayed at while here. This was my first time in the UK and I’m glad to have stayed here. Good room for the price with breakfast included. Only snag is the place is out of range for taxi/uber pickups. They are able to drop off if you’re coming from Edinburgh but best to rely on Eskbank station or a rental car if you need to get back."
