"Beautiful location! Right in the heart of everything! Walking distance approved! However, if you want to visit the vineyards or helicopter 🚁 rides there it’s about 20 to 30 minutes outside of Niagara Falls! It’s something to do everyday! All Day!"

"Fantastic location and room had superb view of the falls .
Some staff x3 were quite unhelpful and dismissive (not rude ) and certainly didn’t feel we had excellent customer service .saying that the lift operators were really lovely and friendly .
During our one night stay some of the bathroom commodities (body wash and paper ran out )
Expensive hotel with excellent location ,cleanliness and views but poor customer service ."
