"Since we had a Hilton Honors profile by downloading the app, we were able to skip a 10-15min check-in line up and only wait less than 5mins in the preferred line. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and check out was even smoother. Staff were courteous and professional. Didn't check out any of the amenities but will definitely have to use the 17th storey infinity pool next time!"

"A last minute stay did not disappoint. We arrived early and the front desk staff (who were so wonderful) was able to get us in to our room a wee early before our plans. "We looked at several properties in the surrounding area and this hotel by far has the best views of the falls and is the closest to the horseshoe falls area specific attractions. Definitely spend the extra money for a “Superior” room to stay in one of the upper levels. The view is *chef’s kiss*!! We easily enjoyed the falls light show every night and had we been there during peak times we would have had front row views for the fireworks as well.
