"Thank god for the air conditioning during our visit,m; we really needed it. And, breakfast- what can we say? It had variety, hot food as well as cold and lots of gluten free options. The room was large and clean. We were happy with it. "
"Finding the parking was a bit of a challenge as was finding the lobby for checking in. More signage needed at ground level for easier access. Our room was not ready until almost 5pm. Upon check out we were supposed to have our luggage brought down from our room but no one got a call and we were waiting for quite some time before it all got straightened out.

"The hotel itself is a bit outdated (like the analog tv) but the staff are very nice and the place is clean. It has a gym which was a bonus. The breakfast staff are super nice - they were extremely helpful. It is super close to Clifton Hill. We parked at the hotel and walked to Clifton Hill and the falls. So the location is great."
"We got the Queens with Balcony view it was absolutely perfect to watch the fireworks, the balcony was huge so kept my kid entertained and you could see everything. Short walk to everything, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. It was nice they had on site breakfast and lunch at a reasonable price. We go every year and first time at this hotel and we will be booking with this hotel again. "
