"This place was terrible. It should be called “Oakes overlooking the falls if you have the right room and can see past the trees & across the street” we must’ve been given an older room. The room had a view of the rooftop of Applebees. It had a refrigerator that was unplugged & sitting in the middle of the room. The A/C unit was also unplugged. The room obviously hadn’t been used in awhile. It was a dump. I requested a new room. The next room had a stink in it. I believe it was from the shower...

"Everything was great except the view for my parents room. I booked them a room but they only got a view of the parking lot not the city as we asked other than that it was a well worth stay."

Very helpful, changed our room to one that he thought we’d like better, and also straightened out a double booking problem I had with Expedia (won’t use them again) The wait staff was very friendly and provided great service. I can’t recommend this place enough! Loved everything about our time there!"

"First and last time. Great disappointment! Would not recommend. Dirty unsanitary washroom. Trash on the floor. Staff not helpful. Paper thin walls, you could hear people talking like they are in your room. zero customer service. It’s hard for me to give this kind of review, but I’m just being honest."

"Although it is an older hotel, it is clearly well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and the location is outstanding. You don't need a waterfall view from your room; you can easily view the waterfall up close within a five-minute walk."

"Our room on the River view section on the 6th floor of the tower provided a great view of the bridal veil falls and the Skylon Tower. Our room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We didn’t use the indoor pool but we did check it out. It was very nice and clean. My husband and I enjoyed our stay."
