"We made a last minute booking here and were grateful to receive a clean and surprisingly spacious room. Free parking was great, and definitely not a guarantee at Niagara Falls hotels. Free coffee all morning (and not just until 9 am!) was nice. Not many bells and whistles here, except for the gloriously comfortable bed and sheets. Would stay again."

"On my last day of the stay, I noticed bite marks on my body. As the day progressed it became very itchy. It might have been bed bugs or some insect. I left the property as soon as I could as it was becoming uncomfortable. Would request the property managers to inspect this with urgency before having guests."
