"Time halted as I checked into Riverbend Inn. Nothing prepared me for this story-like stay. Everything was beyond what I'd imagined. The champagne welcome paired well with the immaculate ambiance and warm homecoming welcome. My room was perfection in all its glory! "Clean room, congested area. Alot of food places. If you order door dash to hotel, wait done stairs in the lobby someone stole our order and the front desk couldn't help. Then second order was almost given to the wrong person. "

"We looked at several properties in the surrounding area and this hotel by far has the best views of the falls and is the closest to the horseshoe falls area specific attractions. Definitely spend the extra money for a “Superior” room to stay in one of the upper levels. The view is *chef’s kiss*!! We easily enjoyed the falls light show every night and had we been there during peak times we would have had front row views for the fireworks as well. "A last minute stay did not disappoint. We arrived early and the front desk staff (who were so wonderful) was able to get us in to our room a wee early before our plans. The room- wow- we were greeted with jazz music lightly playing on both TVs! The bathroom was huge and the bedroom, complete with a fireplace. "Friendly staff, great service. Only issue I had was missing body wash but the staff was able to accommodate grabbing me a bunch. Lastly was some hair in the room jacuzzi. Overall was a great stay "

"Beautiful hotel. Recently renovated. We were upgraded to a Presidential suite with an amazing view of the falls. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Some construction going on so it was a little noisy at times. They were having issues with the elevators also. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"We got a good deal for a Friday night stay. The view of from the room is good. The bedding is comfortable. Unfortunately, the other facilities are a bit out of the date. We would not come back if there is no special deals."
