"The stay was disappointing overall. The room had cobwebs and dust all over the walls, which made it feel poorly maintained. There was also no AC in the room, and this was not mentioned anywhere during booking. When we raised our concerns with the staff, they were not very helpful and came across as stubborn. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the response we got was basically, “This is an old hotel, around 100 years old, what do you expect?” That was quite unprofessional and...

"Room looked fairly good. Bathroom could use some updating. Parking was very tight and cramped. The hotel seem to be full which made breakfast crowded. The food offered for breakfast was decent and standard fare."

"This place seemed to be just a bit better on multiple points than other places . One thing I really appreciated was the better blanket that did Not slide of the bed at night . For some reason, many places are now using one that looks great in photos but is literally slippery and falls off the bed at night if you turn over or anything . Also their heater is an indoor one, not the ones by the window that often sound like old ...

"Helpful staff! I checked in late and forgot to notify the front desk ahead of time. Luckily they had already prepared instructions for me to safely get in. Room was spacious and perfect for a two-night stay. Walking distance to the Wharf and there’s a (free) trolly stop nearby to take you to the aquarium! Parking lot can be tight (we went over a long weekend) but even that they were able to assist us with."
