"Lovely little pub which myself and colleague stayed in for one night as we were attending a Farnborough exhibition. 15-20 mins max away from Farnborough exhibition hall. Staff here are so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Blake behind the bar for looking after us all evening. The head chef was lovely too and personally came to see my colleague about the lunch she chose on the next day and tailored it to her liking. "We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight. "I was really pleased with the accommodation, and found it really nice. I was dropped off, so did not require the parking which was directly outside and free. The room was comfortable, breakfast bits provided and the shower facilities although not ensuite were at hand and served me well. I would stay again."

"Easy check in online prior to arrival. Was welcomed by friendly staff and were shown straight up to our room and advised on the evening meal options. Had dinner in the restaurant which was good, and a range of local beer was available. Room was very comfortable with usual drink options plus a coffee machine. Good options on the breakfast menu, which was delicious. "

"Overall a pleasant enough place to stay, but not outstanding. Proximity of our bedroom door to the pub’s toilets, with urinals in full view, was a little off putting, though no issue with noise. For our 3-day stay there was not sufficient clothes hanging space or drawers, the wardrobe being a small half height space shared with the kettle & coffee machine. We had to live out of our suitcase. Breakfast was adequate but not outstanding given the B&B rate."

"We stayed here in the Tudor 4 poster room. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow). "I stayed casually overnight with my partner. We booked the night before, the service desk were accommodating and the hotel was easy to get to. The room was as described (very pleasant), clean with available utilities. No noise, excellent breakfast and the staff were superb!"

"We had the most amazing relaxing stay. Our room was lovely with a view of the garden. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant one night of our stay, food was again really good however compared to some of the other handpicked hotels i felt the menu let the hotel down. It wasnt as 'fancy' as ashdown or buxted park but the food quality was still really good. I would defo visit again. "
