"Friendly stiff"

"Housekeeping staff was a hot mess. Rude. Missed a day of cleaning my room. When they did finally come late the next day, they didn’t do anything apart from empty a trash can. Left the beds unmade, dumped a pile of towels on the surface all bunched up and had hairs on them. The housekeeping staff were also lined up in the morning at the coffee stations getting drinks and would not move out of the way for the guests. No printer in the Business Centre, had to ask front desk to print some papers...

"Staff was great parking was free breakfast was good. Room wasn’t that clean. Had stuff left over from previous people who stayed in the room. Crumbs of some sort in the bed."

"Very clean, great pool but closes a bit too early and the front desk staff and breakfast bar staff was not very friendly. Breakfast options were not too great. Offered pancakes yet always seemed to be out of pancakes."

"A lot of things seemed outdated and grungy. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The TV in our room didn’t work, we told the desk and they didn’t come fix it. There were stains on the carpet, and our floor smelled like a portapotty the whole trip. Our room was big though, and the common areas are nice."

"From the front desk/ hospitality manager to the pleasant continental breakfast attendant, there was a very welcoming atmosphere within this Spark hotel. It was a far better experience than others we have visited. The facility was clean inside and out. The staff went beyond expectations to ensure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much Dawn for leading such an amazing staff."

"I woke up to a huge roach in my bathroom at 3a and left the property. I was not reimbursed for that night but received full refund for the following day."

"Room is basic and small which is not a problem but cleanliness is lacking. My sheets were stained and there was hair pieces on shower floor. Most surfaces around the hotel could use a good cleaning. No complimentary water either. For such basic property the price is too high and you can get similar hotels in the area for much less."
