"The staff was very helpful and kind"

"The building's air conditioning system was out of service due to damage, yet we were not informed of this serious issue before or during check-in. We stayed in a corner room on the top floor on July 3 and 4, and the lack of air conditioning made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Had we been informed in advance, we could have made alternative arrangements. It was very disappointing that the hotel failed to communicate such a significant issue to its guests."

"This hotel was very clean. I watched as staff were constantly cleaning and tidying the inside and outside of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. We especially appreciated the full breakfast. There was a large variety of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay again on our next trip."

"It's near Dulles and the hotel shuttle can take you, not just to the airport, but to the nearest Washington Metro station. Pretty basic otherwise."

"The hotel offered an OK experience in terms of what was offered. I booked last-minute on 4th of July weekend and was told that the only available rooms were on the first floor. The bed and bathroom were clean but the carpet smelled like it could use a deep clean or replacement altogether. I definitely wore my slippers AT ALL TIMES while inside. "Presidential suite? One night. Two bedrooms and a living area with pull out bed. Each had TV, fridge and microwave; convenient for six travelers. The fridge in the living area was a bit loud. One bathroom. I Actually slept well on king size bed in main bedroom."
