The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the overall design and aesthetics were impressive, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. "Had breakfast and while food was fine they needed additional people to man the buffet as had to ask several times about cooked items and water/juice/milk levels that needed to be topped up. "

"Room was clean, construction was in place but overall no problems. We requested to switch the room with viewing to the park and green area in front of hotel. Front desk was very rigid on our request to change the room. We paid extra fees after three nights to be in a better position. We used the balcony very much after that. Overall was fine. "

"This hotel is great. The staff great but the noise we experienced from room 346 was terrible. From all the noise coming from the street until after 2am from yelling on the street. Then at 4am rubbish trucks and finally at 6am construction made for a poor sleep. Also room service delivered in polystyrene boxes with wooden cutlery was very unimpressive. Breakfast was great and the gift for our grandson was a beautiful touch. Yes i would stay again but would ask for higher floor on the other side...

"We were happy with our stay in a two-bedroom apartment for very good pricing at that time. Our kids loved the pool so much. It would have been even better if there had been oil, salt, and paper towels in the kitchen. The young girl at the reception desk simply read from a memorized instruction manual, she wasn't helpful or friendly. Also, two lights just outside our room flickered on and off all night during our stay. It was creepy. "

"On check in the staff told us to text them with any issue, the washing machine door handle just comes off in your hand and thus unable to oen the door or do any washing. We text the staff twice in the provided number with no answer at all from the. Had to find a laundry mat to do washing for an event we had to attend. Very poor customer service. "

Groß, gut geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Für Liebhaber gibt es einen vollwertigen 25 Meter Pool zur Nutzung. "
