"Had breakfast and while food was fine they needed additional people to man the buffet as had to ask several times about cooked items and water/juice/milk levels that needed to be topped up. "

Front desk was very rigid on our request to change the room. We paid extra fees after three nights to be in a better position. We used the balcony very much after that. Overall was fine. "

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the overall design and aesthetics were impressive, and the room was spotless and well-maintained. The bar and buffet offerings were also of a very high standard. I would gladly return in the future."

"This hotel is great. The staff great but the noise we experienced from room 346 was terrible. From all the noise coming from the street until after 2am from yelling on the street. Then at 4am rubbish trucks and finally at 6am construction made for a poor sleep. Also room service delivered in polystyrene boxes with wooden cutlery was very unimpressive. Breakfast was great and the gift for our grandson was a beautiful touch. Yes i would stay again but would ask for higher floor on the other side...

"We were happy with our stay in a two-bedroom apartment for very good pricing at that time. Our kids loved the pool so much. It would have been even better if there had been oil, salt, and paper towels in the kitchen. The young girl at the reception desk simply read from a memorized instruction manual, she wasn't helpful or friendly. Also, two lights just outside our room flickered on and off all night during our stay. It was creepy. "

"While the location is convenient, the cleanliness of our room was appalling. It was extremely dusty—from the bed and shelves to the carpets and upholstery. The furniture was visibly stained, and we even found crumbs from the previous guest on the chairs. Most shockingly, the floor was filthy; it clearly hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned, as it was covered in dust, crumbs, and old coffee stains. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. We expected far better standards."

"Good one bedroom apartment but I had lots of trouble with the shared laundry. Melbourne was couple of days stopover before and after another trip so I had 2 loads to wash. Coincidentally one washer and dryer weren’t working causing others to trip and turn off. It was remedied on the day but with communal laundry, I had to kept going to the laundry to check a vacant machine. That process itself took me 3-4 hours, time I could’ve being out and about. Hotel need to manage laundry usage better...

"The room class not clean, I found a chewing gum in my bathroom sink, hand marks all over the windows… it was very disappointing. Also, despite saying smart tv, it did not provide that so you could not stream your Netflix etc Most of the light is the living room didn’t work so dinner was supper dark Disappointing for a penthouse and the money paid. "
