"Check in was a breeze… once our code was texted to us. There is no physical check in desk, you get emailed the door code and room number as well as WiFi password and check out instructions. They indicated that our check-in information was sent to us prior, but it was never received either via personal email or Orbitz app. But that was all solved because they had personally texted me to prepare for my check-in several hours before I was scheduled to arrive. "The room was small but it had everything we needed and was clean. The breakfast was very good. We liked this area of Copenhagen. The hotel is close enough to the Metro to walk and we liked being by the ocean. It was a good walk from the hotel to the Little Mermaid and the Nyhavn district. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area around the hotel. We would stay here again if in Copenhagen in the future. "
