"From the outside this place looks a bit run down but our unit (No 25) appears to have had a recent total renovation which is of a high standard. Can't say they are all the same but this one is very good. The bathroom is excellent. Odd shaped but large shower recess with a strong and well regulated water flow. Queen size bed, with a firm mattress, good AC. Fridge, kettle, cups & mugs. What's wrong? All upstairs and the handrails are too low, might be OK for a kid. There is also quite a lot...

"Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50%...

"Tolles Hotel. Sauber, gut gelegen, Preis-/Leistung super gut. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, Öpnv Anbindung an die Free Tram Zone in 5 Gehminuten. Zu Fuß zum CBD ca 15 Minuten. Zimmer sind toll. Groß, gut geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Für Liebhaber gibt es einen vollwertigen 25 Meter Pool zur Nutzung. "

"It is probably an issue with Australia and not this hotel, but we were staying there during the Easter weekend for 4 days and we only got our room cleaned once, because the cleaners were off during the Easter… Other than that it was a great stay in a great location!!"

"Insgesamt gut, gerade was das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis betrifft. Für das Geld völlig in Ordnung. Sauber, nicht zu groß, die Bäder sind gut ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber auch hier für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ok, Parkplätze sind durch den Pendlerparkplatz direkt nebenan mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Zu Geräuschempfindlich sollte man allerdings nicht sein, es ist doch relativ viel zu hören. Was wirklich nervig war ist die Matratze....
