"Second time staying here. Everything was great. Decor is lovely giving great atmosphere. Breakfast is extensive even with the less expensive continental option. Staff are well trained and helpful. Easy walk through the park to Didsbury village and the tram station. Room isn’t air conditioned but fan provided was sufficient."

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "I didn't use parking because I came by train. Breakfast is ok but room cleaning bad. It's proper cleans room, chocolate rappers and peanuts mess already on floor when I entered in room first day after check in. I complained to reception but lady was standing this time, she said sorry and nothing else. She had to change my room or can refund 20% discount but she didn't."

"Don’t usually leave reviews but this felt warranted. Original room was ice cold and I had to argue with the staff on reception that the radiator wasn’t working, who kept trying to tell me it was. Upon checkout we asked for a taxi and an unmarked taxi was called that only took cash. It was not suitable for tourists, as we don’t have cash and this was for my mother in law who was from out of the country. I would avoid this hotel."
