"Generally the apartment was good - nice space, bed was comfy, shower was good. However it wasn’t the cleanest, generally could do with a good clean, the sofa needed hoovering and the bathroom could do with a really good scrub. The oven needed a good clean and the trays. The kitchen wasn’t best equipped which was a real downside for me as I was staying there as I’m travelling for work weekly and wanted somewhere I could cook. "Apartment was fab! Such a good find in city centre. Could maybe do with AC as when it gets hot you have to keep windows open overnight which can be loud but that’s not the apartments fault !"

"Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions."

"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"The pictures on Expedia were not accurate! Once we checked in and went to the room and saw that the room was not clean and the bed was an old concave mattress with springs coming out, we wanted to cancel our reservation and leave. We stayed one night to be nice and looked for another room. Expedia helped but we still need to be reimbursed for the 3 nights we did not stay. The following day we showed up to speak to the manager and saw that the room was rented out. Hopefully they will accommodate...
