"Wowww!!! Si nous pouvions donner 15 étoiles, nous le ferions! Ce logement a largement dépassé nos attentes, c'est le plus beau que nous avons eu en Italie! Nous avons eu un accueil extraordinaire et très chaleureux de Silvia! Nous recommandons fortement!"

"We booked the apartment looking over the duomo. Everything was exactly as pictured. The amenities in the room were very nice. The fresh croissants delivered every morning were such a nice touch. Location directions were extremely helpful as the entry door is small. The view is gorgeous and the location is excellent for museums, shopping and restaurants. My only critique is that in the morning of departure we needed to get a taxi for my daughter to the airport and the young woman at the reception...

"Over all we enjoyed our stay here. Small parking underneath building, but made it work. Everything is within walking distance. And having the code to the room is a plus instead of walking around with a card. "

"Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit. Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers."

"This place is the SPOT to be for being able to get anywhere in Florence. Location was definitely unmatched as we walked everywhere. However, we barely slept the entire time as the apartment window faces a courtyard where every single noise echos and the street door is large, makes a sound like a firework shooting when it is opened and then will be slammed shut by every patron of the apartment block. Just a heads up to pack earplugs if you want to catch any amount of zzzz’s on your trip."

"Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

"Excelente ubicación, todo nuestro recorrido lo hicimos caminando. La entrada al edificio decepciona un poco pero la habitación está bien , muy amplia y limpia"

"Nice Stay"

"This was a fabulous place for two couples. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was great for all our exploring around Florence. Would stay here again"

"Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. "

"Great place to easy."

"Flott anlegg med nydeleg hage og bassengområdet. Venlege og profesjonell stab!"
