"We had a wonderful stay at Sea Spray Resort in Siesta Key! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beautiful beach and very close to Siesta Key Village, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Our room was recently remodeled, spacious, quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. "We booked it for the great location. The rooms that are privately owned are dated, torn carpet, worn furniture, patched holes on the walls, stains and outdated bath and kitchen equipment and fixtures. That was disappointing. We asked for a room change and the next room was barely better. The only part of the hotel that was nice was the pool and bar grill at the pool. The owners of the rooms they rent should be kept at a standard of cleanliness and quality of the rooms"
