"I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. The pictures online looked good; however, it was on a major highway.I wanted something reasonably priced near Tarpon Springs. What I found was a clean, inviting space, friendly staff and convenient to the location my out of town family wanted to see. Both my family and I all enjoyed our stay. We will be back."

"The hotel has a great location. The beach is 5 minutes away. Quick check-in. The owner is nice and welcoming. The room is cozy, modest, has everything you need. The room itself is more or less clean, although there are some nuances. But considering that we came to relax on the beach and not sit in the room, everything was ok for us."

"If you love old Florida mom and pop places this is the place for you! Only 2 stories which is perfect! Rooms very clean and updated, pool area very pretty! Pizza place literally on site. The beach is across the street with beach entry. No complaints, would stay here again! They do accept dogs! Great coffee in office with donuts and every creamer you desire! Check in and check out a breeze! "

"I booked this at the last minute and I'm glad I did. It's towards the end of the strip and next to the residential area. Its only a few minutes walk to the main part of the strip and there are restaurants and bars all along the way. It's a block from the beach. The property was well kept and quite chic. The property management was easy to reach and were very responsive and let me check in early as I was put on an earlier flight. I have no complaints and I enjoyed it there. "

"The property is old. So there are some things that may not be up to the standard of some people. With that being said for it being an older property the place is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is great. Great place for an affordable room. "
