"The B&B is well-located, and the host Corrado is a lovely fellow - picked us up from the station, and helped us sort out some travel issues. But the place is very plain and very small, and clearly COVID has wrought some reductions in service - the breakfast comprised a coffee, a juice and a croissant. "Everything at san Carlo was perfect- couldn’t’ have asked for a more pleasant stay and we’ve been to many short term stays in about 40 countries. Breakfast was full and varied to suit all tastes and absolutely tasty. The suites are large and inviting. No linens were fresh and the bed extremely comfortable. Want to linger there is a cafe next to the entrance but not a sound penetratked the suite. All in all marvellous."
