Guests can be very annoying. There are clear instructions that the building is non-smoking and the check-in sheet tells them that there will be a 50 fine if they do so but they still do and we get poor reviews as a result. Beds break, especially when excited children jump up and down on them like a trampoline. We resolved the problem in minutes. We did not suggest changing rooms because there were no other rooms available.
