"This is a lovely place, close to the ocean. Lovely people working there. Felt like they were a bit overwhelmed sometimes like there was not enough people but might be due to season just starting. Room was always clean.. and everytime we got back it smelled like magic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had lots of problems with our card and had to go to the reception everyday and it would not work. They always repaired the problem within seconds with a smile and tried to explain the reasons....

"We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. Variety of appies, drinks, salads, fruits, breads, cheeses, meat; the dishes were very tasty! We enjoyed the pork belly with crispy skin, paella, calamari and all sorts of different fish.

"We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. "Hotel was easy to find and close to many shops and restaurants right by the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The self service check in was very quick and easy to use. The rooms were clean, brunch had a good variety including things for picky eaters. The only downside was the lifts were quite slow and the room doors were very noisy however we had a great stay and look forward to staying in a tent hotel again in the near future. "

"Overall not a bad experience very close to the beach and good access to buses. Room was clean. And quiet no noice from other rooms but was a bit noisy from outside.
The AC did not do anything. Room was okay. Would have expected a kettle in the room. They don’t have double beds so not really comfortable. Beds move around a lot would have expected them to be at least tied together or something so they don’t keep sliding around. Pretty sure they gave us the same towels on the second day. "
