"Our stay was horrible. This hotel is very run down. Our room smelled like dirty feet, the carpet smelled like vomit, the sink in the bathroom was about to fall, the TV and the phone did not work. One of the two elevators was not working and it took multiple tries to be able to get a ride down. And in order to reach the elevator banks from the front door we had to walk up two short flights of stairs with our bags as the elevator was not working. The one bright spot was that the staff was nice."

"This hotel is very old and not well maintained. It is being kept clean inside but the furnishings and bathroom was very old. Also the outside maintenance is terrible: cracked sidewalks and parking areas not well paved. Fencing falling down. Also if you must stay here, request a room on the backside of the building because the highway traffic noise in the front is so loud it was almost impossible to fall asleep. On a positive note, the staff is very nice."

"The women at the front desk at night were amazing!!! We were so tired from traveling from Florida. My parents are 83 and have trouble getting around. We came for my son’s college graduation, and the woman immediately upgraded our room. She also gave us vouchers for the restaurant, which we ended up using. The bartender was nice too. "When we arrived, the room had not been properly cleaned. We spoke with the housekeeping staff, who cleaned the room very quickly, but unfortunately it was still not properly clean afterward. I raised the issue with the housekeeper, and she seemed unhappy about the complaint and began speaking in Spanish, apparently assuming that I would not understand. Proper bathroom cleaning is essential. The toilet was dirty, which is unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to hygiene standards....
