"Amazing location at the heart of Baden Baden. Old fashioned but nice hotel fitted in well with the rest of the town. Disappointed that there weren’t many guests in mid-summer and that the bar and breakfast were empty. Concierge friendly but didn’t have as much local Knowledge as would have hoped."

"The only negative experience was our check in as the young lady that helped us was the most rude experience we had in our 10 days in Europe. Everyone else at the resort was delightful. Just unfortunate to have this be the first person we interacted with after traveling all day and finishing our trip at this resort to relax and rejuvenate. Otherwise, an amazing experience"

"Beautiful hotel. Nice location, spacious room with nice balcony overlooking the river. The staff was very helpful. There is a good selection of drinks available in a self-serve fridge. The breakfast was excellent. The only disappointment was dinner. There didn't seem to be any good restaurant options nearby (both places had poor reviews) and the hotel itself only had a small selection of choices on their Imbiss menu. We had turkey schnitzel with fries and some cake for dessert and it was okay, but we had been hoping for a better dinner option."
