"⁰Was only there for 6hrs, during this time the room we were put in needed some deep cleaning and repairs. Light switches coming off the walls and didn't work when walking in. The shower had hardly any water pressure to shower with. We hit the mattress by accident and shifted it on the bed, underneath was full of dirt and crumbs, it was disgusting. You could tell the floor hadn't been taken care of around the entire room, just infront of the door and first bed. It was dirty."
"If you have a physical disability related to mobility don't book the mobility tub shower combo room. . We were in room 406 which had a small plastic shower chair like you would use in your home. This is not allowed under under ADA guidelines."
"The room was spotless. The staff was great and attentive. The breakfast was awesome; my kids’ favorite were the waffles. Not too much of a mountain view, but okay scenery. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again."
"We arrived on a Thursday and had booked a large kingsize room. We chose this hotel based on the sites listed amenities such as room robes, in room refrigerator, in room coffe, etc. but unfortunately we were disappointed (or misled). We immediately noticed the toilet was having issues, the body wash in the shower was empty, the fridge had a funky odor like it needed a good clean, there were no room robes, minimal towels, no coffee maker, and the couch was HARD-clearly for esthetics and not to be enjoyed.
We were hoping for a beautiful weekend to celebrate our sons college orientation and enjoy some quality accommodations but at nearly $300 a night plus taxes, this hotel just didn't cut it. We did alert the front desk (several times, and all were amazing) but the issues, unfortunately, weren't resolved while we were there. We checked out Saturday.
Really just "Ok""
"Older facility upgrading to modern amenities. My sisters and I totally enjoyed staying and will return. Very safe secure facility even if staying alone. Beautiful old building, sweet southern hospitality."
