"The location is prime for me when I need to stay away from the crowd. Just recently this property has been remodeled and updated. The rooms are very nice and come with a microwave and an small refrigerator. For the price of the room this is exceptional. The front desk staff and housekeeping are wonderful. The only negative I have to say is that the breakfast can be one note. However, I am very grateful that it is provided. It is "always" delicious and plentiful. It was not always offered. So...

"This is a fabulous boutique hotel in the Old Town neighborhood which is center of all that is great about Fort Collins, and perfect for those who want to be within walking distance to all the shops, wonderful restaurants, and music scene. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the vibe is perfect!"

"The room was clean, but on the end of the isle by the back door. It was very noisy throughout the night, but was a nice 1 bed room. Variety of breakfast items, though you had to heat your own sausage and eggs. Otherwise, not a bad stay at all."

"For a hotel that was advertised on the Colorado Marathon webpage as a partner hotel, advertised with early breakfast available from 3:30am, then kitchen was not open till 6:30am. In addition the hotel booked a gala in the lobby on the same night which was very noisy until 11pm when all the marathon runners needed an early nights sleep."

"Didn’t know about the renovation project until just a day before arriving. Challenging for the staff, not great for the guests. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known. Not a good value for the money. "

"Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. "Adorable place to stary for Gameday Weekend! Super clean and the beds were so comfy!"

"The definition of a sketchy hotel. Old, dirty and unsafe. Car alarms going off ALL night. Lots of unhoused individuals with erratic behavior. Believe the other bad reviews and don’t do it."
