"Everything was wonderful except for breakfast. Both days Friday and Sat. Really could use some work. Food was cold, french toast and waffles as well as sausage overcooked. Was not edible. "

"Helpful in keeper, beautiful spa. Everything was just about perfect except for some small random maintenance issues. Loose shower handle and floor board. Simple fixes. Well worth the stay and would recommend it. Nice and quiet, close to town. Thank you! "

"This is a very nice and convenient hotel in a nice area of Sacramento. They say parking is limited in their lot but we never had a problem; a different time of year might be different. Everything was comfortable but the water pressure is weird: very strong in the sink and weak in the shower. The room wasn't as dark as I like but most people would be okay with it. "

"Lovely property but horrible location. Next to bail bonds and bums everywhere. Also they didn’t have housekeeping the entire stay so we had no clean towels or bedding. "

"We were slightly concerned about the outside safety based on other reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. No homeless anywhere around the property. Streets felt very safe and clean. Room was better than expected. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom was a little dated but it’s a budget motel. Fridge and microwave in room! Overall would stay again."

"Friendly staff, great breakfast. Room amenities inconsistent like my friend next door had a clock, I did not. My pillows were good, hers were not. Nothing they could do about traffic noise, leaf blower at 7am under window area. Hallway stairs old and not clean."
