"Outside of the breakfast being subpar and most of the surrounding beach being private...this is an excellent location. Just be mindful there is only about a 75ft+75ft swath of beach that is open to the public. The rest of the beach front is private... you're not even allowed to walk the coastline. They will approach you if they see you."
