I am sorry to hear that your room had some issues. We have an assortment of guests that say with us including locals , workers, and travelers. We try our best too accommodate all who may need a room. We do try and keep up with any messes our guests may leave while entering and exiting their rooms.

We are so sorry to hear all of this after your stay. We could have corrected any problem you had in the hotel if this was brought to our attention while you were here. We would have arranged a room on the opposite side of the hotel to make your stay more comfortable.
