"I loved that the property felt safe and secure. Loved that it was about 15 minutes from Disney. Truly had no issues with the property other than maybe having gotten a few more rolls or toilet paper due to stomach issues. But not a major issue truly. I plan on coming back within the next year for my next vacation to Universal. "

"A beautiful hotel to spend with family and very accommodating. One tall African American man who works housekeeping was the most kindest and polite worker we have encountered in hotel service. Exceptional worker! The woman who worked in the kitchen area that cleaned and made the Mickey Mouse pancakes and offered fresh ones were amazing ! All workers were amazing! We had the best stay ! Pools are warm and hot tub is easy to use. "
