"I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show."

"They upgraded their hotel, its more fantastic now, its around an extremely large amount of restaurants. Great staff and decently clean, the carpet is still a little old but time changes everything"

"The hallway smelled like an ashtray even though rooms are non smoking. We had a jacuzzi room and everything was damp. Woke up to shoes and carpet damp. Whenever the room steamed up from the tub or shower the smoke detector beeped. The mattress pad slipped off in the morning and we were horrified at how disgusting the mattress was. Would never stay there again."

"The pool was freezing and there was clear signs of water damage and mold in the ceiling above the pool. Everything else was good the pool was just very horrible."

"I booked a suite for the extra comfort. The room was large as expected and clean. Maintenance was a disappointment. The facility is obviously old, however it could be better maintained. The carpeting was crinkled up and needs replacement or at least re-stretching. The plumbing fixtures in the tub are rusted and should be replaced. This is a pretty easy fix. The lighting is awful. There are lots of fixtures, but no place where you have ample light to read or put on makeup. The breakfast was...

"Original room had ants and the new one that was attached to it got ants the second day. Water pressure was non existent and we discovered a leak in the lobby so maybe that was why"

"We have stayed at this property twice… The staff is very friendly, the rooms are in great shape, the check in and check out process was extremely easy and it is very close to the Ruoff center. If anyone is looking to stay there and attend a concert… They also have a shuttle service provider to take you to and from the concert. I highly recommend this hotel."
