"I was impressed by the fast and very friendly gentleman at reception and felt welcome. We only needed a room for one night passing through but could have easily spent more time there if I needed to be in Hope longer. The things that matter most to me in a room are, Comfortable beds and pillows, CLEANLINESS , and great service. This room did not disappoint. One helpful tip for the owner would be to have a small shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries. It surprised and pleased me to find not...

"It's quite old but it's well kept and maintained, and clean. Easy access to malls, store. Rosemary was great and was very accomodating and was eager to answer all my queries. She was also considerate that even the laundry was supposed to close at 9:30, she gave us until 11:00 just to finish our laundry."
