"This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with a great location. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant on the bottom floor. Admittedly, there is an issue with parking. If you arrive early, you can score one of the 7 spaces. There is a pay lot beside the hotel and another that accepts donations for parking just down the street. The staff work hard to help you locate parking. When I checked in they gave me a paper with all of my parking options. I had read reviews, arrived early, ate at the on site...

"I stay here about twice a year for various reasons. Overall, the room was pretty clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The trash can in the bedrom area didn’t have a trash bag, so the desk attendant gave me a laundry bag. The grout in the shower needed tending to. Additionally, they ran out of wings at the bar, so I had to leave the hotel to get food. I would still recommend staying here; no place is perfect. They also give you a warm cookie at check in, which I love."

"I was disappointed with my stay. I had a major water leak at home and booked this hotel expecting a smooth experience, but that was not the case. I checked in during the evening and was given two key cards that did not work. My room was on the top floor at the end of the hallway, so I used my mobile phone to call the front desk for assistance and was on hold for 15 minutes before walking back to the lobby to report the issue. The morning after we arrived, we saw bright pink lipstick on our fitted bedsheet; not mine as I had no makeup with me. There was also a dark brown-black smear on one of the lampshades.
