"Room was clean, but very small, unable to open luggage at all and the front door to our room as well. There is no storage space and limited outlets for charging. Didn’t really deal with staff mostly computers for check in and check out. 7/11 and Lawsons just downstairs and subway as well. "

"Rarely to see an airport hotel this good . Yes the room is a bit small ( This is Japan), but everything is in great condition. Very convenient too."

"We stayed twice while in Japan. The first time was 10 nights and another 3 nights at the end of our vacation. We loved the buffet breakfast. Wonderful variety, always fresh and really nice presentation. Japanese and western options. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We found the beds a bit firm. Rooms are compact. We really enjoyed the Skytree views. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. The train and bus station within 5 minutes walk, made sightseeing Tokyo really easy. We would recommend this hotel."

"Booked the room with executive lounge access. Worth every penny. Breakfast served every day in the 38th floor with phenomenal views. Snacks and beverages available during lunch hours, and a small dinner food with unlimited alcoholic beverages from 5-8pm. I was in paradise. Thank you for making my stay memorable🙏"
