"The room was clean and quiet. The location was phenomenal for the airport and the onsen was out of this world! Absolutely the best place to stay right before getting on a plane! "

"The room we had was very clean and well equipped. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Our room also had a view of mount Fuji, which was an added bonus. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and kindly organised our taxi to the airport. The only negative is the restaurant is Italian rather than traditional Japanese and although the bar staff were very good, despite being given a plastic tumbler for my drink rather than glass, I was not allowed to take my drink onto the ajoining enclosed terrace area."

"Amanek Kamata right next to the station, easy n cheap way to get around. Area full of varied eateries, many izakaya & ramen places with delicious food, and shopping places esp for women. Kamata is an old & densely crowded part of city, with some seedy situations in v early morning hours, and many sightings of gigantic nezumi 🤔 at those times ... put up the bad with the good."

"Very compact washroom, air in room stuffy. Had to keep AC on but couldn’t find the middle temperature that was good to keep for the night, so we were freezing. Plus plus for staff! Amazing staff, very helpful! "

"Incredibly convenient location. The hotel is attached to a mall and train station. Cosmo world is across the street and a multi-story onsen is a 4-min walk away. The rooms are very spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I 10/10 recommend this hotel. The price point was also fantastic for what you get. "
