"Foreigner friendly. The reception staff are lovely and very helpful. There are some local restaurants/coffee shops etc. close by (walking distance). It is close to the airport. Great place to stay. If you have children that are not co-sleeping there are no rollaway beds nor pull out couches. You will need to ask for adjoining rooms to accommodate families with kids that can't be in their own rooms. We managed to make it work on our side of things. Breakfast at the hotel was good and had both western & eastern dishes available, coffee was yummy."

"We had a great stay here. The check in process was much easier this time.. and the dinosaurs create so much fun! Our room was clean and tidy. We did not like the pillows, but I understand that’s personal choice. Great hotel close to the airport station restaurants and convenience stores."

"I stayed in a double room and a single room .For the price it is okay-storage for luggage is under the bed.I find the bathroom very small as a 5’8 when sitting my knees nearly touch the door.Overall I found the single room to be slightly more spacier overall.Would stay here again because of the easy check in and out process.Especially the express check out which was very convenient for catching 5am trains to Narita airport.No complications."

"My experience was amazing. Of course, once I get there my card isn’t working, right? Ughhhh. However, the front desk was accommodating and let me still check in and just advised to have it situated prior to departure. Breakfast was amazing, room was cleaned very well, projector instead of a tv was kool and different."
