Again I will say to you all you had to do is tell us at the time and this would have been fixed on the spot. I am not rude at all I stand behind all my staff but we can not fix anything we do not know need fixing. I will respond to feedback like this to show that in this case there was nothing we could have done to help with your problem unless we knew about it. We do all we can to make everyone in my hostel feel at home and welcome just read all our reviews for the pasted 8 years on all our sites and you can judge for yourself how we take care of our guests. I hope anyone who read this can see that if we were told of the problems this guest had we would have fixed them on the spot without fail. I do not know what more I can say about this matter.
