Check in with kiosk was ok but only 4 kiosks were there with lots of customers at lobby, took more than 30 mins to wait and if you will leave at early morning, ensure that you can walk with your bags etc to hakata station by yourself as hotel couldn't help u to call a taxi. I got didi app which show places in japanese ans staff refused to help even to pin the location to go!! Robot receptionist not a human being?
