New and modern, clean. Rooms a little small and not the closest to transport but location overall is good. Free water and water from tap also suitable for drinking. Having a 7/11 downstairs in the same building was extremely convenient.

Convenient location walkable to yatais and shopping. Room itself was warm, humid and had a strong musty smell. Air-conditioning was turned off as central air was used for heating only due to the colder weather. Had to ask hotel staff to open the windows to air out the room. As hotel is located close to the shopping arcade, it was quite loud with windows opened. Breakfast had a good spread and smoothies were a delight.

The room was clean and the water pressure of the shower was excellent. I approached the front desk staff and tried to ask them to help for a table reservation as this restaurant do not provide online booking. The staff rejected and said they cannot make reser reservation for me which was disappointed.

Difficult to parking but good staff

The staff is very friendly. There is no parking lot, but don’t panic. Drive slowly on the road and turn left toward the hotel. There is a temporary parking lot. I didn’t know this and ended up driving around the busy downtown area several times. Once you check in, the hotel will guide you to a parking lot. (It is not an affiliated parking lot.) The parking lot right behind the hotel has very poor accessibility, so do not use it. The hotel is very satisfying, and once again, I want to emphasize that the staff is incredibly friendly, making me want to visit again.

The hotel staffs were excellent and helpful. The bath powder that you can get from level 2 was a highlight after a long day walk. The bed and pyjamas were comfy. The only down side was the room was a bit too small for a family of 4.
