Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bloomington/Normal IL
8/10 Good
"Room was ok. missing cups with the ice bucket. Mold in the picture frames above the hot tub. TV very small for such a big room.
The room was ok but very dated."

2/10 Terrible
"We started off with trying to check in at an un-manned front desk in the weirdest hotel “lobby” ever. I had to call twice on the phone to get anyone to come to the desk. Then the man was extremely slow and seemed very confused through the process. Despite having a beer & wine cooler at the desk he was unable to sell us one due to not having a license….? We finally got our room key and found our way through the strangest 1988 flashback hallway tour to what we thought was our room (based on the sign saying 220-228 —-> and found a room with no knob and no key fob. Come to find out the rooms are numbered weird and 227 was next to 201 on the OTHER side. Anyway. Got in after a very rude talk on the phone with someone the clerk had to call to help us and found an old, dingy, and smoke-smelling room. Needless to say I won’t stay again. Would have been understandable for maybe a $90 stay but this stay cost nearly $200. No thanks."
"Should of knew what to expect when the woman at the front desk ask if we wanted to see the room before I paid. Room had hair all over the bathroom, toilet seat was broken and the beeping noise from a fire alarm was going off all night. Not going cheap again!"
"We waited 15 minutes for someone to check us in. The room was small but clean. However the shower door would not stay shut and it was necessary to use a washcloth in the door track to hold it shut. VERY INCONVENIENT! Would NOT recommend this motel and will never use it again!"
"Parking is the only drawback. It is in a parking garage and if weather is bad is inconvenient. Also it is a walk to get to the elevators in the garage."
"The staff checked us in quickly and efficiently. They were always courteous and friendly. The location was convenient for our stay. The breakfast was good and someone was always on hand to help to refill the food and to answer questions. The front desk always had someone there."
