"Very clean, super lovely staff (shoutout to Raya who had the best recommendation for a day in Sofia), location is good, 10/15mn away from the historical center and both check in and check out was very straight forward
WiFi is a bit unstable but they're working on it and we were on holiday so in a way, it forced us to disconnect a bit which was not a bad thing for us.
I'm sincerely looking forward to returning to Dunav Apartment and Sofia!"

"Excellent location very easy to get in & out of the city via tram. Apartment was very clean & spacious had everything we needed along with a balcony, staff were fast to respond to any messages I send before arriving & didn’t see anyone when I was there just how I like it! Easy self check-in & out overall a fantastic place at a good price would definitely recommend this place to anyone & hopefully I’ll return one day. "I love this hotel and we always really enjoy staying in it. The staff are wonderful - friendly, polite, helpful. Rado in particular was super nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities as well. The only drawback I’d say is the pool - it’s not very clean and the jets inside it don’t work. The rest of the spa is ok. I think this is an easy fix though so I’d recommend they fix these issues. Other than that, it’s always perfect. "

"Picked this hotel as it was a bit quirkier than others that are more centrally based and part of chains.
Room was good and spacious.
AC worked like a dream and was easily controllable from within the room.
Wifi was solid and worked EVERYWHERE in the hotel.
Food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant were very good (although the view is not as described on the website).
Breakfast was limited but was enough and did the job.
All staff, including the cleaners and those working the breakfast area...
