"We requested to clean room but they did not. When we asked receptionist, they afirmed that room had been cleaned. Then, housekeepers came and asked us to hang out for 20 mins. After 40mins, I questioned recept whether they finished or not? I was being tired and sleepy. They told me that their staff has finished for a while. However, when I came to bed, Bedcover and pillowcase were still dirty and not replaced by new ones. Suprisingly, glasses in bathroom was not cleaned, they had stains in the...

" We stayed at the Le Champ resort for 3 nights in the end of October and were absolutely enchanted by every aspect of this beautiful destination. As senior travelers first time in Vietnam, we naturally were concerned with many things: how are we going to reach this off the bitten track resort, how to get back to Hanoi without car and so on, as we were looking for comfort, tranquility, and authentic experiences—and Le Champ delivered! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with warmth...

"It’s simply a beautiful, well-maintained, clean, facility with helpful and friendly staff, enclosed in a serene surrounding."

"water system "

"Well located, clean, modern , reception very helpful."

"The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful, The food they made was delicious too! "

"A lovely homestay run by really nice, helpful people! They organised walking tours and taxis for us, did our laundry, and offered luggage storage for us which was really handy. The food is lovely - would definitely recommend the vegetable hot pot. The pool isn’t filled for use but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall this was a lovely, cosy homestay in a quiet rural area, perfect for a peaceful countryside getaway for a few days. Excellent value for the price as well!"

"Very wonderful view and kind stuff"

Beau jardin, belle vue "
