"It was more than I expected!"

"I was woken up at 8am by loud scraping on the walls from the room next door. Sounded like some sort of renovation. The sheets were stained and strangely there was no ability to get cool water in the sink."

"This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. No room housekeeping. 1 day out of 7. Had to go down to get clean towels because no one ever brought them to me. Breakfast was so-so. Not the normal at other Hampton Inns. I DID NOT GET HILTON POINTS FOR THIS STAY FROM HILTON. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE INTERESTED GO TO THE HILTON GARDEN INN NEXT DOOR!"

"Do NOT book this hotel, don’t waste your time. I booked through Expedia and paid the full amount in advance, but when I checked in at Hampton Inn, I was told I had to pay an extra $1. The front desk said their payment system was broken and manually entered my card information, which made check-in take much longer than it should have. The front desk also mentioned that management, Kelly Richmond, has known about this problem for a long time but still hasn’t fixed it. I honestly don’t...
