"There was a close to property sell out that should have been noted when I made a reservation as the property was overrun with children and soccer parents. This was impossible. The lobby was overcrowded and the hallways so loud with kids running and doors slamming shut. I had to make another reservation elsewhere and just lose my money. I did not appreciate the conditions. "Experience at check-in was excellent. Front desk greeter answered all my questions immediately and accurately. Room was clean and ready. My only issue was the A/C temperature fluctuations. Airport shuttle was punctual on-the-dot. Will definitely stay again in the future."

"We arrived at 7:30 pm to a packed full, loud, active lobby. The check in staff person was all business, no friendliness. We had a suite but the room did not have linens for the sofa bed. When I called the front desk about linens, I was told they could be picked up at the front desk. They definitely were not trying to win my repeat business. "

"The only good thing was the mexican restaurant next door. The bed had cigarette burns all over it also stains. No soap at the sink. The cleaning crew came in everyday but only to put the towel on the floor on the edge of the tub no trash taken out no clean sheets. The changed the sheets on the last night and they also had stains and cigarette burns"

"It said there was a hot tub, but I could not find one. I booked this specifically for the hot tub. But the hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable"
