Stayed in a pet friendly one bedroom chalet. Room overdue for a refresh. The pull out sofa had reached end of life as the cushions were worn leaving bed frame exposed when in closed position. The gate to the property was locked and no one answered the phone so we could not stay here even though we had a paid/confirmed reservation. I am in the process of trying to get a refund.
