"Staff very helpful. Went on a cruise and when we came back after staying there the night before we left on the cruise a week earlier they let us keep our luggage at the hotel for the day as our flight home was not until late in the day. They also took aback to the airport."

"Great location! The free shuttle made traveling an ease. The restaurant inside the hotel is definitely worth it! We are there twice. Rooms were spacious and the staff was kind. We didn’t utilize the rooftop pool but we seen it was packed. Would definitely recommend. We stayed one night before and one night after our trip."

"There were only 2 elevators and 1 of them was broken during our stay. This made for long wait times and made it difficult to get on during busier times. Breakfast buffet was set up inefficiently. Most of the warm food was in a case that required you to open to grab the food. This would allow for at most 2 people to grab food at a time. Otherwise, the free breakfast was good. The rooms were large and spacious, but sound proofing to the rooms were terrible. I could hear people running upstairs...

"The hotel was very nice and surround by the main highway , also restaurants and shopping plazas . I would stay here again but the kids were running up and down the hallways late at night . Overall good hotel and location is everything . Parking was horrible ."

"This hotel was nice. Most people are here because they have a flight to catch so this is their one over night stop. We stayed because we were in town for a concert. The hotel and our room were clean, nothing fancy. Our room was right beside the ice machine and elevators, which made for a lot of noise. But overall, this hotel was in a great, convenient location to everything we wanted to do."

"The hotel is more on the ran down side, also they were painting outside of my hotel room while I worked at my desk and the fumes got into my room, The hotel is older and the shower in my room was also dirty and grungy and the bathroom sink leaked water. You can tell that the paint job is trying to cover up a poorly maintained property like a path work job. I would not recommend staying at this hotel chain"
