"A modern hotel with a view and adequate amenities. The rooms are modern, clean, and have fridges and microwaves, and bathrooms are well supplied. I wouldn't say the hotel has a lot of character, but we had a quiet room, comfortable beds and pillows, and a balcony. Exactly what we were looking for. "

"Our room was clean and beautifully decorated, and organized. The host and inn keeper were super friendly, they made delicious breakfast. The pool came in clutch, it was clean and heated. Some tiny downsides, the free bottle of wine was not provided to us. We wished they have many tables because we had breakfast with other guests in the same table, not bad but it was somewhat awkward. Overall a good experience."

"Extremely friendly and inviting staff. A very large and very clean room. And an absolutely unbeatable view of the sea. My only complaint is poor sound insulation from above. It sounded like there was a herd of elephants in the room above me, and it did affect my sleep a bit. But still not quite a dealbreaker. I regret I didn't stay longer. My compliments to the staff and management of the property."

"Sunrise from your bedroom overlooking the pier is a dream start to a vacation. All the rooms overlooking the ocean were fantastic. The staff were incredibly fun inviting and friendly. The food was delicious when a common breakfast staple gets turned into delightful goodness every morning is something to wake up for early and come back to. Thank you, Galveston for the cute little treats. The kids were able to pick up and enjoy and the fun games on the side."
