"Stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Galveston and left underwhelmed. Traveling with a crawling baby, cleanliness is non-negotiable for us and the floors were clearly not properly mopped. I ended up mopping the room myself, which is not what you expect at a Hilton-priced property.
The in-room phone didn’t work, so housekeeping requests had to go through a text number that went unanswered for hours. To make matters worse, housekeeping won’t clean your room or restock essentials unless you explicitly...
