"We went just before July 4. Lots of families with kids. Room was very nice. Enough to explore. Lazy river was great even though it closed on occasion with the weather (lightning). Food was great - just a little pricey. There are activities like kayaking and fishing but they will cost more to do. The game room was the only underwhelming piece with outdated games that required purchasing a game card so it was a skip. Got to see a few deer, woodpeckers and there is an area to pet goats and...

Food was great, nice cocktails and Diego was beyond great at service, but his emotional intelligence should be recognized by this management and used to his potential. Pool was great and usually active with great music. Beautiful walking to food, sunset cruises at the dock and free outdoor concerts in the summer."

"Great resort although it is a bit tired. The bed was super comfy and the room a good size but the bathroom is dated. The clubhouse and restaurant is modern and well presented although during a torrential rainstorm the balcony roof leaked like a sieve. Staff were friendly enough although rule followers with no flexibility on how customer should work over their process. I would stay again. Pretty good value for money. The Chicken Fried Chicken dish in the restaurant is the best."
