Some of the towels were old(yellowed) worn with small holes, fraying, and rough against your skin. I asked for more. One time a month ago, we stayed we asked for another room BO on pillows were so bad, the room just smelled like B O. We were accomonadated"

"This is a great Stay. The breakfast really came in handy. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The gym was closed a little bit earlier than it stated, but it was still open relatively late. The staff was warm and kind. The staff was also very helpful. I got the room that had a living room and the bedroom and a nice large bathroom. "Nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate! Grounds and rooms were clean and well-kept and staff was friendly. Beds were a bit firm for our preference, but not horribly so. However, there weren’t any blankets on the beds—just the flat sheets and the bedspread. It took a little trial-and-error to get the temp just right for sleeping w/out having a blanket, but we figured it out! “Breakfast” options were very limited, but luckily on this trip, we weren’t planning to eat at the hotel anyway. "First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV.
