"Overall our stay was very good, and i would return. However the biggest disappointments : very hard, uncomfortable, and SMALL king beds?? (And we’ve traveled all over the world, our bed was small). Several days we weren’t able to order hot breakfast even though we paid for it bc they were “out of a lot of things” (buffet was also lacking those days). I had emailed MONTHS in advance about a late checkout, and received an email back from the GM guaranteeing this with the cost which i agreed to....

"To call the Botany House a hidden gem is a gross understatement! Upon arriving you go through a more or less nondescript door on the street and once inside it feels like you went through a magic portal. The gardens and especially the ferns are phenomenal. Peace and tranquility is in every square inch. The organic motif is carried throughout. The rooms are absolutely beautiful with no detail left out. Even small live plant cuttings in small vases throughout the room! It’s as if their mandate in...

"I loved everything about Four Rosemead. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. I felt totally looked after. Thank you Jade and Four Rosemead!"

Hippo Boutique HotelGardens
9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (411 nhận xét)
"The location is excellent - right near Kloof st. The hotel felt very safe. My room was quite large and had nice amenities. However, the property felt more like an upscale hostel than a boutique hotel. There was constantly noise coming from downstairs (music, party sounds, etc). If that wasn't enough, the fumes of fried food from the restaurant below permeated my room. Between the oily smell and the noise, I did not sleep particularly well."

"Hello, we stayed in room 3 at Ashanti guest house 1. Room was clean and comfy. Staff were super helpful. Some things we had issues with. The wifi was spotty. The room lights were difficult to turn off as the light switch seemed broken or malfunctioning. S
Bathroom door was very loud and not enough privacy. The room keys shouldn't be branded with the company logo. If the keys are lost. It's very easy for a person to figure out where the key belongs to. Thank you so much. We had a comfortable stay...
