Staff were excellent from moment we arrived. room amenities were as described and location is terrific and well within walking distance to various restaurants and waterfront. highly recommend."

The baseboard in our room was falling away from the wall for about 4 feet next to the bed, the apparatus to hold the TV was still on the wall but the TV was on the table, the closet had no rod or hangers just a lot of spackle where some of that used to be. The furniture has seen better decades. Night staff was friendly and efficient."

"This hotel was the nastiest place I ever saw. I cannot believe you even let it be on your website. That was absolutely gross. I booked three nights. I stayed one night. I could not stay there more than one night and the night. I did stay there I could not sleep. It was so nasty. I really do think you should give me my money back. one star is more than they deserve. "Right in the perfect location to quickly go eat or shop. Room was immaculate. Beautifully decorated. Even had a hand held steamer for your wrinkled clothes. We will 100% stay at this wonderful hotel again!"

"Wonderful experiance!. I had a small problem with the first room. Although clean, I found leftover socks on the floor. Called down to the front desk, was greeted with sincere apologies, a new room was immediately assigned, and they came up to my old room with the new room key... and carried my luggage to the UPGRADED new room... Love the white glove service, will definitely stay again!"

"Check in was a breeze & our room was clean. Their sign in the room said to expect housekeeping to come every other day. When the second day came we threw our towels on the floor thinking that when we came back in the afternoon, all will be refreshed. Even when we left the hotel that morning, we went by the front desk to make sure that someone would be coming by. Sadly, they did not during the 5 hrs we were at our conference. We told FD that HK never came to collect trash & bring us clean towels....

"As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber....
