"Breakfast was great and staff were wonderful"

"Problème de navette, nous avons attendu 1h à l’aéroport donc pas le fun, personne ne nous avait prévenu de l’hôtel que la navette ne fonctionnait pas. Cependant pour s excuser ils nous ont offert le petit déjeuner le lendemain donc c’est tout de même un bon geste commercial."

"We've arrived after 12am at the hotel after waiting 20 mins forr a shuttle that had bearly room for us. The room was hot and took 20 mins to cool down. There was not enough large towels for us. Nothing was offered and even during a heat wave they leave the watter bottle outside in the hot room at 2$ each ..."

The state of the property suggests a serious, unmanaged pest issue. Upon entering the building from the parking area, I was immediately greeted by a rat trap in the doorway.
